The Algerian Mouloud LATRECHE rewarded by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, on 05.08.2022, that it had rewarded the Algerian Mouloud LATRECHE, President of the “Japan Karate Association Algeria”, as part of Foreign Minister’s Commendations for FY 2022.

For this year, nearly 197 people and 48 groups (24 people and 8 groups reside in Japan, and 173 people and 40 groups reside abroad) were rewarded.

The Foreign Minister’s Commendations are awarded to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in international fields, in order to acknowledge their contributions to the promotion of friendship between Japan and other countries and areas. The Commendations also aim to promote the understanding and support of the Japanese public for the activities of the recipients.
